And Then There Were Two

No, you’re not seeing double. The RAM Motorsport Carrera Cup family has expanded for the 2023 season, with Dean Cook joining Dylan O’Keeffe in an identically-liveried Porsche 992 GT3 Cup car.

O’Keeffe will again compete in the Pro class, and off the back of a successful 2022 season that saw him achieving a pole position, a race win and numerous podium finishes, he is aiming to take the next step to become a regular race winner and title contender this season.

“I thoroughly enjoyed returning to Carrera Cup last year and we were competitive all season,” O’Keeffe said.

“Over the off season, we’ve identified a couple of areas where we need to improve, to be able to take the next step forward and contend for regular race victories.

“Qualifying was the strongest part of our game last year – I qualified in the top three at six of the eight rounds – but there are a few aspects of our race setup that need some work, such as our performance on cold tyres.”

Meanwhile, Cook will be a strong contender in the Pro-Am class - he finished last season tied on points at the top of the standings, only missing the championship on a countback, so he will be highly motivated to go one better this year.

The RAM Motorsport Porsches look sensational on track and we can’t wait for the opening round of the season at the Australian Grand Prix!
